Almost perfect

Everything was great. A brush and dust pan would have been appreciated and a few more wine glasses would be helpful but apart from that I don't have a single complaint. The address is incorrect though, it is showing as number 16 when in fact the urbanisation is actually number 18. This caused a few problems on arrival.

Wij hebben genoten in het verblijf.

De ruimte van de woonkamer. ruime eettafel, groot scherm (tv), in alle kamers airco, hor( insekten)-gaas bij de ramen, leuke tuin met terras en ligbedden, loopafstand naar de oude stad, winkels in bereik, parkeerruimte. Fijn dat wij tussendoor ( wij verbleven er 4 weken) schoon beddengoed kregen en een keuze om tussendoor schoonmaak te krijgen. Bij vragen stond Aida altijd direct klaar.

Raam badkamer had geen horgaas . Jammer want dit raam wil je juist het meest open hebben i.v.m. vocht. Ik vond het snel donker in huis ( wintertijd) mede door de grote brede palmbomen achter de tuin . Deze bomen gaven ook veel schaduw heerlijk voor in de zomer maar voor de maand januari wel jammer. Denia is in de maand januari helaas wat stil maar het weer was ook niet al te best. Met zon ziet het er weer anders uit!

Muy buena opción en Dénia

Muy buena opción en Dénia. Tiene un jardín amplio para aprovechar el buen tiempo, dispone de todo lo necesario para unos días a nivel de menaje y otras facilidades (incluso te facilitan sombrilla y toallas de playa). Aire acondicionado, que resulta muy útil. Plaza de garaje en la puerta. Facilidad para entrada y salida. Piscina con césped natural. Está al lado de un Aldi y la playa a 10 min andando, el pueblo a unos 15 andando también, así que está muy bien ubicado.

Quizá eché de menos alguna pastilla de lavavajillas más (dejan 3 pero no son suficientes para una semana) y algo de sal/aceite/vinagre.

Starker Qualitätsverlust seit 2023 (1. Besuch) – Wohnung feucht, aber Verwalterin Begoña bemüht

Die Verwalterin "Begoña" ist in Ihrer Rolle als Vewalterin und Nicht Hausbesitzerin bemüht den Gästen entgegen zu kommen und hat uns 1 Woche in eine andere Wohnung wegen starker Schimmelbelastung in dieser Unterkunft spontan untergebracht.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft 2023 und nun 2025. Man konnte ganz klar feststellen dass der eigentliche Hausbesitzer fast keinerlei Investments mehr tätigt. Die Wohnung hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Als wir ankamen war die Tapete des Kinderzimmers komplett verschimmelt, die Wohnung muffelig, die Türen waren aufgewollen von Feuchtigkeit und schlossen nicht mehr richtig, der Garten vertrocknet. In Verhältnis zu 2023 konnten wir eine sehr starke degradation beobachten und werden leider diese Unterkunft in Zukunft nicht noch einmal buchen, auch wenn wir sehr gerne in Denia sind.

La casa está muy bien equipada y las camas son muy cómodas. La urbanización cerrada con la zona de piscina muy chula. La anfitriona muy amable. Aunque esta un poco retirado del centro, tienes supermercados y restaurantes cerca.

Para volver!!

Apartamento cómodo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Estuvimos más de una semana compaginando teletrabajo/ocio y fue muy bien. Tiene un baño completo y un aseo. La ubicación cerca de la playa (5 min andando), al centro unos 15 min, ALDI 2 min. La urbanización es tranquila, la piscina muy buena. El jardín privado está genial, con acceso directo a la piscina, tumbonas para tomar el sol o relajarte, mesa para comer, desayunar, cenar.

Al ser un bajo, el salón es un poco oscuro. Había muchos mosquitos (o insectos similares).
