Amazing location and met with the host's colleague to hand the keys over who explained everything very clearly (what to do if there are any issues etc). Very nice and clean apartment with lovely facilities! Had a nice balcony but note that it faces the back and in summer it is too hot/stuffy to sit out there.
Both the main door and door to the apartment weren't the easiest to open, requiring some jiggling around. Also the fridge did have a bit of a smell.

Great location and a very cute place! We loved checking in with Cesar who gave us a lot of insights and recommendations of Florence.
The mattress really needs to be replaced and the chairs and sofa material is very dirty and stained.
