It was clean and well positioned. Close to the metro station with lots of local restaurants around. Self checkin was easy and we had no issues.
Cleaning was done everyday. Breakfast was served every morning, with coffee and other juices.
The addition of a water fountain in the common area was great, we used it a lot.
The room/bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was also nice.
They let us leave our baggage at the common area after checkout.
The room was a bit run down, could use a new coat of paint. Bathroom could also use a refinish, with the shower tap handle falling off and other small things.
The walls between the rooms are also super thin. You can hear everything unless people are whispering.
The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming, there was no variety, same breakfast every morning, with little selection.
They also said that checkout is at 2pm, but the staff already started knocking on our door at 11am to ask us to leave.

It was awesome! We stayed for a really little time, but the accommodation was super clean, nice looking… we were feel like in a hotel. Few steps from the B&B were metro stop and also bus stops.
The check in was by ourselves, but Sonia (the host) gave us a step by step guide, so it was easy.
And the breakfast! In comparison with other B&Bs (this was the third in our journey) this was great. No prepackaged things, but the breakfast WAS SERVED in the lovely kitchen.
I would absolutely recommend!
The only thing I would mention is that it would be nice to have one large mattress instead of two smaller ones on the double bed, as the two mattresses created a gap between them. But it wasn’t a big issue at all.

The staff was really nice. The place was really clean. The breakfast was good.
We stayed at room 1 which is really close to the breakfast so no sleep after 8am. Also there was an external AC unit which produced a really loud noise it was really loud.
