Location was excellent , in heart of Catanian residential area so cultural experience was natural and enhanced. Bedroom was spacious and clean, common areas were clean. Decoration of apartment was attractive. Fantastic large shuttered windows gave lots of natural light and good blackout of light and sound at night. Very good air conditioning in bedroom, clean bedding and towels. Kitchen was clean and had all required facilities. Shower was very good - good power to shower head. Beds were very comfortable and sleep was good. Apartment was in residential building which was very secure and clean. Host Pierreluigi was present and responsive but not intrusive. He was easily contactable. He is local so was good source of local information & culture. He was friendly and kind.

Small things that were not important and did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. Internal Doors - bedroom and bathroom were very squeaky - some oiling on hinges required! Coffee & tea making and small fridges put in bedroom rather than kitchen so its more convenient .

The room was spacious and with a balcony.

The bathroom had a defective shower with two shower heads that had no pressure and worked only both at the same time. We paid to have a room with breakfast included but at the location only one small expresso and croissant was included in that. No free drinkable water at the property. Only one shared water filter can between the rooms of the location that cost 0.50€ per use.
