The owner speaks English well. There is a little balcony and the location is quiet.
Google maps sent me wandering around in the back streets. It was somehow hard to locate the property and I couldn't get oriented the first night to the neighborhood. The owner could help better in this regard, like (pointing) "oh, that way is EAST. The Mediterranean Sea is that way. And to the Southeast is the train station..." I couldn't get (semi-) oriented until daylight the next day.
It is a little far from the main part of town. The kitchen area could use some upgrading.

Pierluigi is a welcoming host and is always ready to help. The apartment is clean, spacious, and perfectly located - close to the sea, as well as the train and bus stations. The air conditioning works well. The fact that the bathroom is in the hallway didn't bother me, as I had read about it in advance.

The room was spacious and with a balcony.
The bathroom had a defective shower with two shower heads that had no pressure and worked only both at the same time.
We paid to have a room with breakfast included but at the location only one small expresso and croissant was included in that.
No free drinkable water at the property. Only one shared water filter can between the rooms of the location that cost 0.50€ per use.
