We konden de airco niet opzetten als we weg gingen. Hierdoor duurde het een tijdje voordat de slaapkamer koud was. In de keuken bleef het warm, ook met airco aan.

Great location, lot of pubs & restaurants nearby. You're literally in the historical centre (Kalsa). Sicilians are crazy, so be prepared for loud cars during the late evening or early night. We haven't utilized the terrace but would do so in better weather.

Przestronny i świetnie położony apartament

Excellent location for exploring Palermo. Palermo Centrale station and several bus stops are within easy reach, while the main market is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is also very spacious, around 100 m², with a comfortable layout.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue was the temperature: the upper floor was often above 30°C, making it difficult to enjoy the kitchen and dining area. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom, which isn’t really sufficient for such a large apartment, and the central cooling system did not seem to be working. There were also some smaller maintenance issues: the automatic plant watering system needed a new battery, a kitchen build in light and the shower wall lights were not working, and the bed is quite short and may not be comfortable for taller guests. We also unfortunately saw a cockroach in the bathroom one evening. Overall, a lovely spacious apartment in a fantastic location, but some maintenance and cooling improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.
