La vue : sublime ! terrasse suffisamment grande pour une famille de 4 personnes - avec bains de soleil et table pour les repas La piscine et le calme -
La climatisation avec un temps limité - Incroyable (c'est vraiment la première fois que nous voyons cela...) - la climatisation est réglée sur un minuteur (2h maximum) - Donc dans la journée, ce n'est pas très ennuyant (nous réappuyons sur le bouton) Mais la nuit c'est différent (nous nous levons toutes les 2heures !) car en plein mois d'aout dans le sud de l'Espagne / il fait chaud la nuit (des rideaux / pas de volets - pas possible de laisser ouvert la nuit du coup) La raison ? d'après le livret d'accueil : l'électricité coûte chère aux propriétaires. Sauf que nous avons loué pour un appartement avec climatisation en continu - donc, le minimum serait de préciser ce léger détail dans le descriptif de l'annonce - Et si l'électricité est vraiment trop chère - peut être ne pas louer dans ce cas là - la literie / à changer également
