I liked the spacious living room and the variety of facilities that were offered on this stay and the location as it was only a ten minute walk to York City Centre
On arrival I wasn’t sent the code for the lock box and the staff member on the phone was insistent i had, some of the facilities such as kitchen utensils were dirty and the shampoo bottle nozzle was broken.

The property was very comfortable and spacious.
We would have liked the property to have been a little warmed, however it was an extremely cold weekend.

Location was great and had secured parking.
Unfortunately the shower drain hadn't been cleaned and was blocked that stopped having a shower for a day, wouldn't have been a problem if we were there for a week but we were only there for 3 days. The vacuuming hadn't been done in the bedroom and there were old contact lenses on the bedside table.
