Spa On Port Royal Sound 2217

A good variety of pools. A small pool that had some good shade close to the ocean, a larger pool with a very large shallow side for our kids, and an indoor pool with a hot tub! Our room was very clean when we arrived. The walk to the beach was easy. I liked the strong water pressure from the hose to clean off the sand. The staff overall were very welcoming and helpful.

Stricts rules. Which typically isn't a problem and really wasn't a problem. My only complaint was that my husband got our beach wagon ready to go, left it downstairs (in the grass out of the way) to get us from the apartment, and came back to a warning ticket. We were away from the cart for 2 mins tops. I totally understand they have rules about leaving stuff outside, but that was a little extra.

Quiet, secure, beautiful location on the sound side. Indoor pool and hot tub/sauna were nice.

Too far from everything. Could have been cleaner. Bed was uncomfortable- awful pillows. Beach was not what I was expecting- really just for walking and shelling- tide went way too far out.

The condo was close to the beach, which was the purpose of the vacation.
