No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely condo near the beach and close to shopping in a quiet and historical part of Hilton Head. Nicely furnished and equipped with all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, cart). While the Spa is on the sound and has a beach, this unit is at the back, aways from the water. However, there are overflow parking spaces closer to the beach so it wasn't that big of a deal. It is close to tennis courts and the indoor pool. It was plenty spacious enough for my husband and me and our two adult daughters.

The condo was very well stocked and provided everything we needed. Not only did we enjoy the beach but being on the sound gave us a great chance to see all kinds of wildlife. What a treat. If you want a nice play to stay and want to be able to enjoy, not only the beach, but all that the low country has to offer outdoors then this is your place, Definitely would stay again.

My husband and I and our 16 year old son spent a weekend. This was an excellent location, no crowds. The ground level was perfect, easy in and out, no noise from overhead.
