The beach could have been better with more water up to the shoreline. Didn’t care for that bluff mud.

There is so much to like about this place! The amenities are fantastic. The proximity was great. It was set up well for families (kids' dishes, numerous pots, pans, and bakeware, deck seating, comfortable couches, games, extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc.). It was nice to have access to cleaning supplies and the vacuum to keep the place tidy throughout the week. It was close enough to the larger outdoor pool, but far enough that we didn't have excessive noise from the pool. If you have small children, the larger outdoor pool is 7.5 feet deep at the deep end (3' on the shallow end). There was a rope in place to mark off the deep end. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful. The kids enjoyed shell hunting and walking out at low tide. Some reviews of this complex complained about the cats, but they kept their distance. We didn’t have overwhelming smells of cat anywhere at the complex. My kids enjoyed watching the planes go by during the day, but we didn't notice them overnight. I would definitely stay here again.

The building is dated, but it balanced out with the nice decor.

We loved the space and comfort of the apartment. The beds where super comfortable and there was plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There where plenty of dishes in the kitchen to be able to have several meals before you had to run the dishwasher. They provided a starter kit of supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine that was super helpful. The washing machine and dryer were conveniently located and easy to use. The water pressure for the showers and dishes and laundry was great. Never had to worry about more than one thing running at one time or more than one person showering at a time. The location to everything was great. The large pool was great for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds directly around the apartment where well kept and nice.

The beach that was right on the property had not been cleaned or policed for safety and a clear path after the storm effects from Erin. As a result the debris made it very hard to traverse to the water safely. Also, because of the high surface effects the sand was wet, uneven and had sudden deep pockets you sunk into without warning. My kids unfortunately got hurt the first day despite us trying to stick to what looked safe. We ended up having to drive to a beach about 10 minutes away from where we were staying which defeated the purpose of getting something "oceanfront". The apartment itself had at least one broken chair that was taped as a fix instead of just being replaced. The towel rod in the shower for the master bedroom had loose parts that kept popping out of the plastic surround. The seal on the fridge was loose and kept the door from closing effectively sometimes.
