-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.
-Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
-The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Great stay! The place was spacious and comfortable and near all the places we had bookmarked. Everything went smoothly and we’d be happy to stay here again

The location is in a poor area( with roosters who will wake you up at 4:30am!). The building is old and dated, as well as the inside. The master bed TERRIBLE, very squeaky and we could hear all neighbors, the apartment is got thin walls.
The only positives: it was clean and free parking in the back and a mile from Wholefoods.
Plus they will charge you extra $70 if you try to come a bit early or clean sheets and towels( you will have to do it yourself)
Over all, not worth the money, better value somewhere else.
