GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have private access to the entire residence and shared access to:

Amenity hours and availability may change due to building operations or maintenance. Short-term guests may access shared amenities but cannot reserve private spaces.

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN:

Advance registration is mandatory. Full names and government-issued IDs for all guests must be provided before arrival and presented at check-in.

Check-in is strictly between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Although the front desk operates 24 hours, guest check-in service ends at 11:00 PM, and arrivals after that time can’t be accommodated.

Guests receive a physical key fob for access to the building, residence, and amenities.

• Lost or unreturned key fob is subject to a $200 replacement fee
