Modern 3-Bedroom in the Heart of Wynwood Art District

It was in occurred location that didn’t look safe but the inside was comfortable

Didn’t look safe back in a hole. But when advertising make sure to take pictures of the outside so customers will know what to expect when they arrive

Location was convenient close to the airport and cruise port. Several stores are close by .

Parking space entrance was a bit tight . There is a Mango tree and the fruit can easily damage your car when falling off the tree into your car . You have to move your car further in the back . Did not realize that on arrival and found out once a mango fell on my car . The RBNB could use some maintenance. The kitchen drawer is broke and while pulling it it almost dropped. I needed a big pot and it was far in the back of the cabinet really hard to spot . I had no clue where the laundry was. Also the back door is locked which I than realized is where the washer and dryer is located . But again was not able to get to it .

Excelente localização, casa organizada, limpa, com as instalações perfeitas, roupa de cama, mesa e banho disponíveis. Só elogios. Voltaria e indicaria tranquilamente.

Price is too expensive, I’d recommend at least some coffee or water included for such an expensive price. There were spiderwebs in the rooms. I still had to pay roaming because the wifi never worked, the router is on the other unit and the AP seems to be useless. It works for an overnight stay, but with a better price. All the requirements and instructions that are sent by the owner but no solutions given… it’s one of those places where you are treated like they’re doing YOU a favor for letting you stay there
