The room and overall facilities were nice and well-maintained, so in that regard the stay met expectations.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience fell short. Staff interactions felt unhelpful and somewhat dismissive, creating the impression that basic guest requests were an inconvenience rather than part of the service experience. This made day-to-day interactions less welcoming than expected.
One practical note for future guests: if you plan to receive packages during your stay, I’d recommend using an Amazon locker instead. The hotel’s package handling system could use improvement and adds unnecessary frustration.
With some attention to customer service training and package management processes, this could be a much stronger guest experience.
