About this apartment rental
This stunning apartment is located on the FIRST Floor, comfortably sleeping four to six people. You will have exclusive use of the apartment enabling you 'to do what you want when you want'.
The apartment benefits from large panoramic windows overlooking the estuary towards Dartmouth Castle whilst the main bedroom overlooks the river and across to Dartmouth.
YOU CANNOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL FACILITES IF YOU ARE THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF YOUR APARTMENT.
ELECTRICITY IS CHARGED PER UNIT USED.
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.
The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products.
The main bedroom has ensuite with bath.
Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
There is free wi-fi, allocated parking, extra parking and access to the on-site Electric Vehicle charging points.

A spacious, clean apartment, with wonderful views of the coast and river over to Dartmouth and the Naval College. Heating the apartment was very easy - all rooms could be heated to the degree that we required. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful, with minimum traffic. It is easy to get to Torbay for shopping or sightseeing, especially to Berry Head where there are spectacular views. We had Black Redstarts here on the roof - a bonus for bird watchers.

The swimming pool and games room were great for the family. The views from our room (Raleigh) were lovely.

Apartment well prepared for occupancy, and a smiling friendly staff readily available to deal with any slight omissions. Quiet peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing break.
