Ultimate Denver Getaway << Sleep 16 >> Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Game Room & Home Gym

Well hosted.

The hosts were so responsive. We traveled with our kiddos and they LOVED the game room. Thank you for having us!

great spot...perfect living accommodations with excellent access to roads and city

The property was nice, tidy and pretty clean. The pictures are definitely enhanced, I believed it would be a little more high end than it was. The kitchen is galley style, so there’s only room for two adults at the same time, plus making sure not to block the door that leads to the basement. The toaster needs replacing. The beds were okay, some were soft, some were hard and some were good. Unfortunately the primary bedroom has a queen bed instead of a king, but that was stated. The basement is nice, and the beds down there were the good ones. (Teen opinion) The game room which was are main reason we chose this property over others was very disappointing. It’s a converted garage, but still has A/C . We’re here in summer so I’m unsure about heating capabilities. Most of the games were broken and not in working condition. The basketball game doesn’t turn on, The mini air hockey cord was cut, so not working, the Mortal Kombat doesn’t turn on, and everything including “ pool table “ was small. For kids under ten it seems. We had four big teen boys. This was truly disappointing as we were looking forward to our boys hanging out there. I have no idea what condition the hot tub is in as we did not use it. The neighborhood was okay, yet we didn’t feel unsafe. The price point was to high for such a modest property with so many features not in working condition. The owner is a little slow in responding, please be aware. They found our missing wallet, but refused to mail it to us. Ev.
