Summary:
Relax in this second floor space. Situated on the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. This beautiful unit has access to the newly completed pool located between 617 & 611 Bay Esplanade buildings. The spacious bedroom accommodates a king-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. Full galley style kitchen includes appliances and cutlery. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby.
The Space:
-Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
-Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am
-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.
-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.
-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry room is located at 617 Bay Esplanade and is free for guests to use. It is located on the far side of the building.
-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.
-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company delivers.

We liked this property! It was nice and quaint, although its quite small in person, which you cant tell as well from the listing. Still, it was nice and the location is excellent. We could walk to the beach. I wish the livingroom space was a bit more comfortable. I appreciated it had good amenities like a good AC and TV with streaming services/roku. Overall it was nice.

Our 2nd floor unit provided a lovely view of Mandalay channel, which carried various fishing, pleasure and sail boats.The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and several restaurants were also within walking distance. The unit was clean and as-described. Kimberly was very accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect for an active couple who like everything in one place! We loved every morning and evening on the water’s edge, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere as boats cruised by. We were so close to walk to the beach and enjoyed the delicious seafood at Frenchy’s and the beautiful sunsets . The accommodations were spotless and everything was new and fresh. A true gem!
