Summary:
Relax in this ground floor space. Situated on the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. This unit has access to the newly completed pool located just steps away. The spacious bedroom accommodates a king-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. Full galley style kitchen includes appliances and cutlery. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby.
The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am
-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.
-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.
-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. There is a laundry room at 617 Bay Esplanade, free for guests to use. It is located on the far side of the building.
-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.
-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rentals company delivers.

Clean and great location. Nice bay views and liked having the dock. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip. The property was just as shown in the photos. Comfy bed, but very low. Kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast every morning. The utensils and non-stick pans were perfect. The loft was very clean and airy. I liked the complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella to make for a nice beach day. My husband enjoyed some fishing just steps away from the loft, and it was nice to sit outside and read, while boaters coast by. I loved the location of the loft, because we were able to walk to Pier 60, local shops, and restaurants which was nice to avoid paying for parking everywhere. I suggest replacing the bathroom sink so that the faucet pours over the basin better. As it is, you can hardly wet your cloths without getting water all over the counter. Also, the couch is hard and not conducive for relaxing to watch a movie. The AC units drip water in the living room and kitchen. AC unit in the bedroom does not cool. We were miserable at night. Lastly, I never recieved responses from the host when I sent messages asking about a couple of issues I had. We heard the running back and forth from the folks in the loft above us. Thankfully, they were accommodating when my husband mentioned it to them directly. And my husband's truck was scratched up on the side near the sidewalk, but I couldn't get an answer about seeing the property camera footage. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was not quite ready for us from the renovation of the condo. Needed accessories in the bathroom, the water from the bathroom faucet bearly made it to the sink. You could not get you hands under the water to properly wash them. Furniture was uncomfortable. Definitely would not stay there unless there were improvements to the apartment.
