This Iconic Mid-Century modern Alexander Home is just a short drive to the center of downtown Palm Springs!
This 3 bedroom/2 bath home has been updated to reflect current modern amenities while retaining the classic mid-century appeal. The light filled open concept design in the kitchen, dining and living area allows you to sit back and enjoy a cocktail or dinner while admiring the amazing views of the backyard area with a large pool , spa and firepit.
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owner's closet.
The Living Room
Relax and enjoy family time, read a book or just enjoy the outside view from the living room that is furnished with a couch, two side chairs, coffee table, a bar cart for mixing your favorite cocktail. There's even a telescope to check out the mountain views or star gaze in the evening!
The TV Room
Kick back and watch your favorite tv shows or movies in this tastefully decorated area that has a 50 inch smart tv, couch, comfy chair, a small desk workspace with chair, fireplace and another amazing view of the pool area.
The Kitchen and Dining Space
The kitchen has been updated with all stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful quartz waterfall countertop with 4 bar stools. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals! The glass dining room table that seats 6 opens into the living room area.
Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom
This room has a large king size bed, a 32 inch smart tv, dresser , side tables and ample closet space. The attached bathroom has a step down tub/shower combo and a door that opens to the backyard. Perfect for pool days!

This room also has a king bed, side tables and a large closet for clothes storage. it also has glass sliding doors for natural light.

This room has a queen bed, side table and a closet for clothes storage.

This bathroom is in the hallway has been updated with modern finishes. It also has a tub/shower combo.
In the hallway, you find a large stackable washer and dryer.
The Backyard

It has a pool, spa, firepit, BBQ grill, 3 chaise lounge chairs, a patio table that seats 6, another area with patio furniture that is covered and 4 high end pool floats for you to use.
