This Krisel-designed mid-century modern Alexander has been beautifully re-imagined. Blue Martini is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is the epitome of mid-century living. With Blue Martini’s southern orientation, it captures both Western and Southern mountain views!
Blue Martini’s main entrance is through the Speak-Easy inspired Bar and lounge area for relaxing cocktails and watching your favorite sport.
This 3 bedroom home is an open concept design with a spacious Kitchen, Living and dining room. The outdoor features a pool bathroom, dining, Chaise lounge chairs, swimming pool, fire pit, and a custom built-in grill, as well as a shaded lounge area under the pergola.
The home is beautifully styled in mid-century modern décor and bright color accents. The fully equipped kitchen is a chefs delight and a perfect in kitchen bar with stools for a morning coffee and reading. The oval dining table that seats 6, opens into the living room. Unwind on the full-length sofa, or in the chaise lounge chair in front of the flat screen TV and the gas fireplace.
Glass doors open this area to the outdoors, where multiple seating areas offer a seat in front of the pool or around the fire pit. Also, for a fun afternoon visit, enjoy the Speak easy inspired lounge complete with a sofa, two chairs, large screen TV and a retro bar.
Main Bedroom
This bedroom has a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and glass doors to the outside space with mountain views. The updated en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and a wardrobe. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom 3 that has a combo bath and shower.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom also features a king bed, smart TV, and a vanity mirror. This bedroom shares the bathroom with bedroom 2.
This home has a full laundry room with washer and dryer and large sink.
The back yard space gives a sense of total privacy, yet the home is only a few minutes away from the downtown restaurants, bars and shopping in the Uptown area. Golf courses and hiking trails and shopping are only minutes away.
*Pool heating is by request only. The fee would be $75 per day plus tax.
Please note, this home welcomes up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $150, per pet, plus tax.

The house is great. The high end artwork and furnishings are aesthetically pleasing and much appreciated. The beds are comfortable. You will hear cars at night being off main road but it wasnt bothersome to us, per se. Bring a noise machine. Pool and firepit lovely, too and well maintained. Sort of a pain to have to coordinate meeting property mgr at house as soon as we arrived to sign paperwork. Never had to do that before. It seems like that could just be done online. They didnt go over anything new that we didnt already have in guide. But it was a quick check in, nonetheless. Also, we noticed a couple things broken or not working for us. And lastly, it was a bit inconvenient to have been left only one roll of papertowels and 2 rolls of toilet paper, (one per bathroom), when we had six adults staying for almost a whole week. papertowelroTPTPsome.

My friends and I stayed at the Blue Martini residence for a mom's weekend away. The house was spectacular! The decor was beautiful, the property was clean, the check in was super easy. The house is located about 5 min outside the main drag of Palm Springs, super convenient location.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars out of 5 is because the house is located on a busy road. 4 lanes, people driving 40 MPH. The bedrooms are located in the front of the house, so at night, it was impossible for us light sleepers to sleep. If this house were located on a quiet street, I would've given 5 stars and stayed here again in a heartbeat. Overall, we did have a great time and I would recommend the property to anyone that isn't bothered by outside noise at night.

Great house for friends to chill out and enjoy Palm Springs. Only complaint was you can’t play music outside due to neighborhood ordinance.
