The house is a Krisel-designed 1959 Alexander-built Mid Century home 3/2 configured with 2 King bedrooms separated by 1 Queen bedroom. The primary and 2nd King bedrooms both have gel memory foam mattress of CertiPUR-US for a great night's sleep. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers, a well appointed kitchen, TVs in all bedrooms and a large smart Samsung 4k tv in the Living Room, a Roku 4k tv in front bedroom to watch your favorite subscriptions, all with premium cable.
In the living room you can curl up in one of the Womb chairs and chill out to your favorite tunes through the sound bar. Or kick back on the sofa and check-in on your devices via super fast internet connection. (available throughout the property...like floating on a raft in the pool.) . . there's even a retro-style land line phone!

Cool off or just splash around in the modern pool, complete with jetted spa - side lounges, plenty of lawn to play on and a glass outdoor dining table for six plus gas heater for cooler evenings. There's an outdoor conversation area in the breezeway for evening chats with electric faux flame heater fireplace. This home is a perfectly private place to enjoy a quiet retreat to unwind and relax. Leave your car in the driveway or stow it in the 2-car garage.

You won't want to leave the house even though there is so much to do so close by.
Just take a walk in the neighborhood and enjoy the mid-century restored homes, each with unique creative details.

Walk or bike ride to the Design District of North Palm Canyon Drive, one of the nation's hippest, with a mix of restaurants, lounges, modern furniture stores clothiers, boutiques and art galleries. One could easily spend days exploring this street alone, but there's so much more in Palm Springs to explore!

A few minutes drive to all that Palm Springs has to offer . . . Take a self-guided modern and celebrity home tour (with the Palm Springs Modern Mid Century Architecture Tour app), hiking on one of the many nearby trails. Dining, dancing, drag shows or drag racing - gaming, golf or goofing off - there's no shortage of stuff to do nearby. Or stock up at one of the nearby markets and lay low at the house. That's ok too! It's fun to discover the take-out places and nearby restaurants like Rick's or the 5 star Yelp rated sushi place inside Albertsons. Yum! We'll share a list of our favorite nearby restaurants for you to enjoy.

The one time cleaning/concierge fee is $280. Please shut the doors when the A/C is on...
Landscaper comes once a week and pool service comes twice a week. If you are concerned about privacy, please check with concierge for service schedules.
They are in and out quickly and should not disrupt your stay. Sorry we cannot ask them not to service the property during your stay but we will do our best to let you know when to expect them.

Home was great. Had everything we needed. Photos were accurate. Location was the best for enjoying Palm Springs. Communication with owner was exactly what we wanted: timely, helpful and friendly.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. House is iconic mid-century... Interior fixtures and furnishings created a cohesive design vibe. The backyard is fantastic! The landscaping, pool/spa, and patio all wonderful, beautifully designed and maintained. The yard is very private and relaxing. The neighboring homes and surrounding area is classic mid-century "Alexander".
