This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. This house had such great design and decor, we just loved it! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor space was amazing for lounging by the pool all day. Lots of cool features too, like the steam shower and tub that fills from the ceiling! Also the separate Casita space was great for the travelers in our group that preferred to have their own private space. Backyard was equipped with misters to help cool down on the hot days. Excellent outdoor covered dining space with great lighting design on the patio. The host was very communicative and helpful and brought us trash bags upon request when we ran out. They also brought us some sweet treats during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend!
