Built with an open floor plan with indoor-outdoor flow - 4 bedroom 3 bath home with polished concrete floors, updated baths and kitchen in August of 2021, big sliding glass doors overlooking spacious back yard and large heated pool and spa. Large yards with mature orange tree, succulents, ficus, and mountain views. Located in the Heart of Palm Springs. Clean crisp and ready for you!
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Close to everything majestic Palm Springs has to offer. Come escape the big city with only a 1.5 hour drive from Los Angeles, just like Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra used to!

Primary bedroom 1 suite is on opposite side of the house features a king size bed, setee sofa, and ensuite bath and sliding patio doors that lead to the backyard. Flat screen tv with with Netflix, HULU, HBOmax.
Guest bed 1 features 1 king size tempurpedic bed. Flat screen tv with with Netflix, HULU, HBOmax.
Guest bed 2 features a full-size tempurpedic style mattresses.
Guest bed 3 features twin tempurpedic bunk beds. Additional pack ' n play also available.
Kitchen features Bosch appliances and a dining table for 4-6 plus seating for three at the island. Kitchen is stocked with cooking tools and a nespresso machine.
Outdoor patio features gas grill, sectional lounge sofa, patio dining seating for six, fire pit with seating, and more.
New washer and dryer.
While the home has items to keep children entertained like games, puzzles, and pool toys, an easel, and books, the home is most appealing for adults. Note: there is no pool cover or gate around the pool.
Lots of easy activities for couples, families, or friends. Take a hike or head to the top of the tram. Get in a round of golf or a massage. Enjoy Palm Springs shopping, dining, or night life. For kids, visit the huge shaded playground for kids 2+ with an enormous field or visit the Famer's Market. Head to the Living Zoo, the Dinosaur Museum, the Air Museum, or go horseback riding in Indian Canyon. Don't forget to grab an ice cream cone at one of the 5 speciality shops in downtown Palm Springs.

Great location & great backyard! We would most definitely recommend staying here. Well worth it. Just as described except that there wasn’t a child bed in the one bedroom. Didn’t matter for us but it could for someone with kids. Our only critique, would be that the light switches should be connected to a light in the bedroom. There are no overhead lights & we to use our phones to find the lamp in all three back rooms.

Amenities very poor condition. Kitchen table has 4 chairs and only seats 4 and is damaged and ripped. House rental for up to 8. We were 5. Insufficient, mismatched and damaged cutlery. For 50 go buy new cutlery at Target. No oven pan to toast or cook vegetables, kitchen drawers a mess. Two bedroom closets filled with owners dirty shoes and other things. These closets were not locked areas so we had nowhere to put our things. Back yard and pool excellent. Location terrific. Would not recommend this house to anyone.
