The condo was perfect for us. A bit of a wiggly walk to the beach, but the beach was wonderful and worth it. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was large, comfortable, clean, and ideal for us. Being on the ground floor was ideal as we had brought our elderly whippet dog.

This condo is in desperate need of an update, basic maintenance and a deep cleaning. Decor reminds me of a Golden Girls episode from the 80’s.
Pros: short walk to beach access, close to restaurants and grocery stores, easy check in (stop at offsite office and grab keys), beautiful flowers and vegetation around condos, 50’s vintage hair dryer worked great!
Cons: outdated, old decor, dirt buildup in corners, inside cabinets was dirty, cabinets/drawers need maintenance, front door was loose even when locked and not very secure, towels and linens were old and worn out and very scratchy, bathtub did not drain while showering, had to squeeze by parked vehicles to get to walkway into unit. Walkways/fencing/outdoor area of Hibiscus condos desperately need maintenance as some fencing was falling over. Hot tub was cold, so we couldn’t even use it. Pool area was dirty with debris, leaves, sticks everywhere. Beds weren’t even attached to headboards. Coffee pot was miniature, maybe 4 cups. Gate code provided by rental company for beach access was not correct, had to get it from other beach goers. No communication from rental manager prior to stay, so I had to reach out to him to find out how to get into the condo. Mgr finally called me on day of check in.
Overall, this place was not awful but definitely not great. Won’t be staying again.
