About this apartment rental
Our completely renovated property in Hof Gronow is located on the Strelasund and near the Tremter Bodden beach (400 m).
Perfectly situated between Stralsund and Greifswald, we offer a comfortable, lovingly decorated 94 m² duplex apartment for up to 4 people (certified 4 stars by DTV).
Set amidst beautiful natural surroundings, this is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. With a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 newly redesigned bathrooms, a new private XL terrace with green space, and a parking spot (additional parking available outside on the lawn), this spacious maisonette apartment offers:
On the first floor:
A entryway, a new tiled bathroom with shower/toilet/washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, air fryer, and dining table for 4 people.

On the top floor:
The entire top floor is dedicated to the vacation rental and offers a magnificent view of the water, Rügen, and far across the surrounding fields. The bright living room, which opens all the way up to the gable, features a modern wood-burning stove for colder days (wood included).
Bookshelf, game chest, fly screens, pleated blinds, new oak furniture.
The living area, calculated according to DIN standards (excluding the sloped ceilings), is 85 m2; the furnished XL terrace with a grill measures 36 m2 (counted as 1/4 of the total).
All utilities included: Wi-Fi, electricity (not for electric cars), water, heating, and firewood for the wood-burning stove.
Made-up beds and towels included.
Lockable, separate bike shed exclusively for vacation rental guests.
Final cleaning: 115 (professional cleaning service).
Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome; 6 per night per pet.
The staircase is somewhat steep and equipped with modern motion-sensor LEDs.
For small children, we provide a high chair, a crib with a mattress, and a stair gate free of charge.
The garden area of the vacation rental is fenced in at a height of 1 m; the property is completely securely fenced at 1.60 m.

Just 400 meters from the very shallow, sandy natural beach (ideal for children and dogs) with a view of Rügen, our vacation rental is located in Hof Gronow, in a perfect spot between Stralsund and Greifswald. At the junction of the Strelasund and the Greifswalder Bodden lies the coastal hiking trail within the nature reserve, offering a magnificent view across the Bodden to Rügen. Here, you can observe the many waterbirds that nest in the area year-round, such as seagulls, swans, coots, terns, and especially the popular migratory birds—the gray goose and the famous Grus Grus (cranes). In bad weather, you can reach all the amenities and recreational opportunities in the cities much more easily and quickly from here than from Rügen!
