About this house rental
Enjoy comfort and peace in this unique 1903 mini-mansion near downtown Indy, designed for professional women. With a private bed, cozy living area, kitchenette, and full access to common areas, this safe haven offers everything you need for a restful stay, including top-notch security, private parking, and exceptional hospitality.
Free convenient and private parking is right at our completely renovated space near downtown. You can take a quick Uber, or the Red Line Bus is within steps. It's also a quick Uber ride to the airport.
We go out of our way to make you comfortable with lots of extras that you don't get at other places.
This is a single-person occupancy. We do provide toiletries, and some light snacks (and plenty of coffee). You also have a bathroom with a shower, toilet, mirror and vanity. You share a bathroom with one other female guest when that room is booked-it’s very private and out of the way of noise on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is right outside your door and is shared with one other guest in the Solitude Room (when that room is booked). We provide you with your own towels, bathmat, lysol spray and clorox wipes.
You get all the free coffee and water you can handle (Did we say coffee?:), plus one of Indianapolis's most beautiful interior environments. We would love to have you as our guest!
We are sticklers about cleanliness and sanitary practices!

Super convenient for visiting my child nearby. I have stayed here twice in two different rooms on the top floor. I slept great-the bed is comfy and the room is quiet. I like that it’s women-only and it’s my first choice when I’m traveling alone. I needed to borrow a couple things and both were available for my use so I’d say it’s very well thought out!thank you!
