I like room facility, kitchen and centrel facilities. The location was good.

Scary boarding home

We didn't stay... but, we glanced at the bedroom, it was decorated nicely.

We didn't like the smell, two full trash bags on the floor of the kitchen next to the bedroom, that we were supposed to have occupied along with the washer/dryer two feet away from the bedroom door. House busy with people, put you in mind of a border home. Outside door code wouldn't work for us, man on a bike yelling I'm here for you white girl. Awkward and scary.

Great Place To Stay.

The location is great! It's just minutes away from downtown. The place and the room is clean, safe, peaceful, and private, very comfortable. Amenities are satisfactory, I was pleased and I would book this place again in a heart beat. The host is great with giving clear instructions for checking in and checking out. The host is very mindful and communicative.

stayed here during R&I BCSP Summit, and was genuinely relieved that this host was one of the rare reliable ones. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable - exactly what I needed after long days at the R&I. The neighborhood isn't fancy, but I never felt unsafe, even coming back late at night. My room (#4) was spacious and very comfortable, with both ceiling and desk fans to keep it cool. The bed was excellent - easily one of the best l've had (compared to hotels). The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the "Tranquil Oasis" name, and it was only about a 5-10 minutes to all main attractions and IndyAirport.

A calm, quiet, clean, and comfortable stay - exactly what I needed for a stress-free Gen Con.

I stayed here during Gen Con, and was genuinely relieved that this host was one of the rare reliable ones. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable - exactly what I needed after long days at the convention. The neighborhood isn’t fancy, but I never felt unsafe, even coming back late at night. My room (#2) was spacious and very comfortable, with both ceiling and desk fans to keep it cool. The bed was excellent - easily one of the best I’ve had (compared to hotels). The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the “Tranquil Oasis” name, and it was only about a 10-minute Lyft from the convention center.

There were a few small letdowns - If there were free toiletries or tea, I couldn't find them, even though the listing mentioned them, and just one towel for a multi-day stay with no easy way to dry it out. The room was warmer than the rest of the house at night, and the nightstand was oddly short compared to the tall bed. The yard was overgrown when I arrived, though it was mowed during my stay, and the pictured hammock wasn’t there. None of these were deal-breakers, just things to be aware of.

Emplacement calme. Stationnement ok. Bus 10 pour le circuit direct après un peu de marche.

Supérette éloignée, pareil pour le bus. Rien aux alentours. Il faut impérativement une voiture. Cuisine plus que sommaire (pas de verres dispo). Après le passage de la femme de ménage, la bouteille de lait a disparu... Et la douche privative ne servait que de l'eau froide. Une personne doit passer pour voir ...On attend encore.
