About this house rental
This home's design flows from room to room. Second floor is an open balony view to first floor. Our furnishings are all new and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own remote control ceiling fan, darkening wood faux blinds and smart TVs. Each room designed for comfort and relaxation. Kitchen fully stocked to create any gourmet meal, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances.
Three 1st floor bedrooms (all queen size beds with HD smart TV's and remote controlled ceiling fans). Master bedroom has private bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, HD smart TV and remote controlled ceiling fan. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds in each bedroom with HD smart TV's, remote controlled ceiling fans and large closets), with a full bathroom connecting through hallway.
1st floor has a main full bathroom.
2 zone air conditioning/heating units for each floor for temperature comfort. Every bedroom, living area and outdoor porch has remote controlled ceiling fans for temperature comfort. Beautiful gas log fireplace, just turn a switch on the wall to activate, so easy.
Living room has 50" smart TV, cozy gas log fireplace and entry way to the nicest outdoor covered porch. Living area and outdoor porch both have ceiling fans.
Our outdoor space is lovely. A really nice covered outdoor porch with glass top table for dining along with seating to relax in and watch your dog play in the totally fenced in back yard.
Safetyness is very important to us. This home has surrounding outdoor lighting. All windows and doors are brand new and lock perfectly. This neighborhood is super safe. The only cars you will see on the street are the homeowners and mailman!
****We provide soft bamboo sheets for all beds, cozy blankets, soft pillows, and super comfy bath towels. We provide all paper products, shampoo and soap.
All you need to do is walk in the door!
******All pets must be approved by homeowner. All pets must be on a liquid flea treatment monthly program. Bringing a pet and not notifying the homeowner is against house rules.
