Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Beds include one king and two queen-sized beds.
Living & Kitchen Area:
Open-concept kitchen and living room. The living room features a yellow leather sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and essential cookware. There is no separate dining table, but three barstools are available at the kitchen island that divides the kitchen and living area.
Other Features:
In-unit washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, original hardwood floors, and large windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight.
Location:
The apartment is on the second floor and accessible via stairs. Please note this may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns.
Parking:
-One designated spot directly behind the building is available and can be accessed from the 3rd Street alleyway.
-Street Parking is available on East Clay Street in front of the Airbnb. 2 Hour Street Parking is enforced from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday and is not enforced on Sundays. Please pay attention to the posted signs.
-Multiple parking garages are located around the property, with two within walking distance.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Entry is secured via two keypads—one for the building and one for the unit.
A private off-street parking space is included directly behind the building, accessible from the 3rd Street alleyway. Larger vehicles may require careful maneuvering. Additional street parking and nearby garages are available within a short walking distance.

Perfect for guests attending events at the Richmond Convention Center.
No formal living room; dining area serves as the main gathering space.
Some minor cosmetic or older building quirks may exist, such as floor creaks, but they do not affect functionality or comfort.
Strict no-party policy: $50 charge per unregistered guest, plus additional charges for damages or legal fines.
While our properties are full of character and located in one of Richmond’s oldest districts, we understand that their historic layouts may not be suitable for everyone. Please note that our Airbnbs do not have elevators, and access to the units may require climbing multiple flights of stairs.
