Relaxing Place!

The proper tea was well furnished and easy to find. There was lots of things to do on the property and it was located 30 minutes from Busch Gardens. We had a great time.

This property was beautiful and easy to get to.We had 8 adults stay here comfortably.

We recently stayed as a large family and were surprised at how spacious the property is. The kids enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway and soccer on the front lawn field. The space would be great for a large gathering! We didn’t cook any real meals since we spent all our time away at the theme park and waterfront. The house appeared to be very well stocked with cookware and dishes if you're going to be preparing meals! The house was well equipped with linens, paper towels, dish liquid, trash bags, toilet paper, etc to keep you going for several days even with a full house!Even with construction and traffic, we were able to get to Busch Gardens on 3 separate days in 40 minutes or less. There is a local dollar store, grocery store, Mexican restaurant, and gas station within about 10 minutes so you do not need to go far.We did lose power at the house for several hours (had a few days of strong storms). Unfortunately, the power loss also took out thr water. We let the host know about the power ans he said it happens. We left for the theme park and figured it would be on when we returned. We didn’t return until between 9 pm - 10 pm so it was very late when we realized that while the power was restored, water was not so we needed to know what to do to get the well working. He swiftly contacted someone who had the issue resolved in about an hour. Very swift resolution!Due note, there are no baby friendly items such as a crib or highchair onsite.

The home is nice but just a few flaws. In the amenities it says there is a hair dryer..there is not. 4 ladies staying in the home, had to go buy one. Also in the amenities it says there are paper towels, again no. There was no dishwasher soap so all the dishes had to be done by hand. The ice maker either isn't hooked up or doesn't work, so bring ice. In the master bathroom it shows a beautiful jacuzzi tub and it is there but after 38 minutes of trying to fill it, we were out of hot water and the jets weren't even covered with water. The pillows are in shams, there are no pillows with cases for sleeping except in the master bedroom. There are not enough towels. In the living room there is only seating for 4 if you want to gather to watch a movie or tv. Since there was 9 of us that wasn't an option :( The outdoor space is wonderful, fire pits, bbq grill BUT no bbq utensils (tongs, spatulas) or out door seating however, there were some metal folding chairs in the garage. I contacted Reuben about the hair dryer and paper towels and never received a response.
