This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:

The MyCiti bus stops a 1 min walk up the road and will connect you to the Waterfront, CBD and beaches beyond. The famous red "hop-on hop-off bus" also stops at the Waterfront and is a great way to explore our beautiful city on your first day.



Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Currently only the registered guests on the booking are permitted access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are occupying, the building has instituted a no visitor policy - May 2024



Interaction with Guests:

A member of our team will meet you at the reception desk for your check-in on-boarding to begin. Once all guests who are staying at the unit are loaded on the building's system and you will be taken up to the apartment and shown around the unit. Our Guest Relations team are available 24/7 for any emergencies or queries.
