Booking.com states that check in time is from 10:00am but it is only from 3:00pm at the earliest.
And communication with owners/managers was a bit slow and unclear

The house was comfortable and well located, with a well-equipped kitchen and pleasant outdoor areas with nice views. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and convenience
The place could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms, and the ground-floor room had a slight damp smell. It would’ve been nice to have small toiletries like soap or shampoo.
