About this house rental
Located in a secure residence in the quiet area of Roquemer in Narbonne-Plage, this charming, fully-equipped, four-room villa is ideal for holidays.
Capacity: 6 persons.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Sheets and towels can be rented on reservation.

Parking space reserved in front of the villa.
The access to the villa is through a small private garden of about 50m² with a beautiful olive tree, a loggia of 9 m² and its garden furniture. After a few steps you reach the living room with a large table for 6, corner sofa, TV (french channels), coffee table and fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment...); adjoining storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover, cupboards... as well as a north-facing balcony with a large table and an electric plancha. There is also a WC with a washbasin and shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a bathroom (bath, double washbasin, WC), a bedroom with bunk beds and cupboards, and two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), cupboards and access to a small shared south-facing terrace with table and chairs.
