This beautiful 3 bedroom villa in the Languedoc style, 250m from the long sandy beach of Narbonne-plage, on the French Mediterranean.
Newly built in 2007, this villa is equipped to a high standard in a contemporary style and equipped to sleep 7-8 people. The villa also benefits from a large enclosed garden/private south facing terrace (65m2).
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190). The third bedroom has a twin bed (90x190) and two bunk beds (90x190) and a bed (80x190).
There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets. The first bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower.
There is a garage and a car park.
High speed, unlimited capacity WiFi internet. Our bikes are free for our guests.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’accueil était très sympa. La maison est lumineuse et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir utiliser les vélos à disposition.
Personnellement il manque qqes rangement dans le séjours et la sdb en bas, mais cela n'a pas nui du tout au séjours. La mer est à proximité ainsi que le centre ville ce qui est appréciable.

villa très bien situé,aussi bien pour la plage que pour les commerces.En revanche vaisselle ébréché et en quantité tout juste suffisante,garage uniquement pour les très petites voitures et aucunes places privatives.Wifi restreint par la propriétaire au bout de quelques jours et de très mauvaise qualité.terrasse très agréable mais si vous voulez vous reposer impossible voisinage très bruyant au point d'en appeler la police la nuit.Propreté sommaire.Literie de très bonne qualité.Villa a louer mais pas sur ce tarif la !!!.accueil décevant ,impression d'embêter la personne qui vous parle très sèchement au téléphone.TRES DECU
