This beautiful 3 bedroom villa in the Languedoc style, 250m from the long sandy beach of Narbonne-plage, on the French Mediterranean.
Newly built in 2007, this villa is equipped to a high standard in a contemporary style and equipped to sleep 7-8 people. The villa also benefits from a large enclosed garden/private south facing terrace (65m2).
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190). The third bedroom has a twin bed (90x190) and two bunk beds (90x190) and a bed (80x190).
There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets. The first bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower.
There is a garage and a car park.
High speed, unlimited capacity WiFi internet. Our bikes are free for our guests.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge.

Very comfortable house with everything as described. Had problems with WiFi but sorted out by the wonderful Anita! Plenty of room for the us and very handy for the beach and town centre. Must see attractions are Narbonne cathedral, Gruissan and Angeleres sur mer.
Highly recommended.

The rented house exactly matched our needs in terms of space and equipment. Close to the center of Narbonne-Plage, of course close to the beach, very comfortable. The kitchen matched our needs: the equipment was plethoric (and clean on arrival), everything worked fine, the gas barbecue was on heavy duty for 2 weeks (AND cleaned up afterwards!). Bedding of top quality in all sleeping rooms. TV equipment top. As regards the timeline we rented the house, of course, we cannot complain about noise from neighbors... there were nearly none.
Let's complain a bit:
OK, the garage is useless for breaks or SUVs... like in roughly 80% of the houses for rent on the French coast though, so let's be realistic. We had however no problem whatsoever to park our break on the outside parking lots, so what.
Internet connection: PLEASE get an SFR or ORANGE box with at least a 15 mb/s flat downline... we're in 2016 after all...:-)
