Nice 4 room-villa with terrace (garden furniture, 2 deck chairs) and balcony with view on the "Esplanade des Oliviers". Pets allowed. 6 sleeps maxi.
Ground flour: living and dining room (german and french TV), DVD Player, Hifi system, nice kitchen (full equiped : 4 hot plates, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer), separated WC.
1st floor : 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed (160 x 200), 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed (160 x 200), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x200), bathroom & WC.
Available to tenants: 3 scooters, 1 men's bike, 1 women's bike and 3 children's bikes (maintenance at the tenant's discretion).
Rental of sheets and/or towels on reservation
