A fully enclosed sunroom provides views of the beach while you play games or relax, and a warm spot to sit and enjoy in the off season. A picnic table and swing await you underneath while you chill out of the direct sunlight, grill, play music and have fun. LVP and tile flooring meet your feet for comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with loads of cabinet space will allow you to save money while making your favorite meals fresh flounder and shrimp anyone! Ride bikes to the Point, load a paddleboard or kayak in the backwater Sound, throw horseshoes on the beach, surf fish, fly kites, or take advantage of the countless outdoor activities that Oak Island and the surrounding area have to offer. Overall we were very happy with the house. It was well stocked and clean. The location was literal perfection. A short walk across the road to the beach and we were far enough away from the Main Street to not have a ton of people on our stretch of beach. Was a tiny bit disappointed that the listing stated there was a grill and there wasn’t one. Other than that small hiccup we really enjoyed out stay!
