Gray Gull / 1003 W Beach Drive

I’m surprised at the negative reviews, but seeing as there were no reviews since 2021, I wonder if the place was renovated since then. Everything is as it looks in the pics, very updated and the view and private beach access is incredible. The place is very “clean”, but there were several roach encounters by the front entrance throughout the stay and in the kitchen. They just need to treat for that. It didn’t ruin my stay though. There are several outlets where only one receptacle is functioning and the porch furniture is not the most comfortable. But for the price per night for this beachfront rental, I would definitely return. A few other quirks - they don’t provide toilet paper, you have to bring it. There is also no keypad, you have to pick up the keys at their physical office when you arrive between 3-5pm.

Property was a great location. The house could use some updates with furniture and carpet. House had a great ac unit,kept us nice and cool.

Notified the host that we didn't have wifi. Responded 21 hours later. Ask us to reset the box. That didn't work. No wife entire trip. No one came to fix it. Autistic child had to use everyone hot spot. Those having to work on their laptops had to go coffee shope and use their phone hot spots.
