Located on Oak Island’s west end, this beautiful home offers stunning marsh views and is a leisurely two-minute stroll to the beach, which gives you direct access to the ocean. If you’re seeking a vacation filled with laughter and fun, then come see why this abode is named LollyPop Landing! Filled with many gems for all of the family to enjoy, you can’t help but become one with the island and let it take you on its many excursions.
This open concept floorplan is beautifully laid out with nautical décor. The living room is furnished with a full sized couch and a love seat, a beautiful coffee table with books and a big screen television that sits on a television stand. This is perfect for families and friends that enjoy watching their favorite shows together while spending quality time.
The kitchen flows from the living room and is furnished with a table large enough to seat ten and two bar stools at the bar. Look out at the beautiful greenery as you feast on your meal. The grey kitchen cabinetry makes this area comforting and neutral. On the first floor, the bathroom is located in front of the entry door. To the left of the bathroom is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed. The Kuerig table is in the small foyer area. To the right is the final bedroom, proviuding a king bed on the Marsh side.
