Villa Caccia is a charming 6 bedroom Tuscan villa rental, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. This stone built house has been completely renovated and restored and furnished in a traditional Tuscan style. It's well placed for those looking to explore Florence, Siena, Arezzo and the Chianti wine region.
The Space:
Inside, the accommodation at this 6 bedroom Tuscan villa measures approximately 350 square metres.
On the ground floor, there is a large traditional Italian kitchen. This is a charming room and it's well equipped with five ring gas stove, large American fridge with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave and both Italian and American coffee machines. The dining room is adjacent and has a large dining table seating 12. Moving on through from this room, there is a living room with TV and working fireplace.
Also on the ground floor of this Tuscan villa rental is a separate laundry room which has a washing machine, as well as a storage room equipped with freezer and a spacious wine cellar. Wines are available for guests to enjoy. There is also a WC on this floor.
All six bedrooms of this Tuscan villa rental are on the first floor of the property. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and his and her sinks. There are two other double bedrooms enjoying ensuite shower rooms whilst the remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access via external stairs to the garden.
Outside there is a private swimming pool (12m x 5m and 1.5m deep). This is bordered by a beautiful terrace furnished with loungers and comfortable seating. Closer to the house is a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. There is an outdoor wood oven and BBQ.

Please note that rates exclude a local tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day. Rates also exclude a 250 euro final cleaning payable locally on arrival. Pets are welcome on request but are charged at an additional 80 euros per pet per stay. Please ask for more details. When required, heating costs are also payable locally on departure based on consumption.
