About this villa rental
Beautiful detached villa, with large garden, located in the wonderful resort of Porto Rafael, and more precisely in the "Bay of Nelson". From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the archipelago of La Maddalena. The nearest sandy beach, Nelson's Beach, is only 600 meters away and can also be reached on foot.
Inside, the house is well-maintained and furnished, has a large living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms with private bathroom, one of which has independent access from the veranda, a bedroom with two single beds, a third a bathroom; a sofa bed for two in the living room; outside, there are: a comfortable covered veranda, with a stove and the barbecue, where you can organize pleasant summer evenings, the outdoor shower, a large solarium with sea view, and a covered parking space.
The charming heart of Porto Rafael is only 300 meters away. Here you will have a range of services, such as: minimarket, bars, restaurants, clothing stores. Lots of other services, such as local restaurants, pharmacies, etc., are located in the town of Palau, only a few minutes away by car. From its port it is possible to rent a boat or embark to reach and visit La Maddalena and the other enchanting islands of its Archipelago.

The Appartment was clean and exactly as described. It offers enough space for 5-6 people and has a very nice view of the sea.Grocery Stores can be reached by car in a few minutes and the nearby town of Palau has very nice Shopping facilities, Restaurants, Cafés And beaches. From there it's also possible to Go to the Island La Maddalena.All in all a very good Appartment with a very nice and welcoming owner.
