Villa Coligu offers a wonderful pool to spend moments of leisure with friends, a big garden for the open air days with a barbecue area that makes fantastic your stay in the warm seasons.
This property is situated in the exclusive peninsula of Porto Raphael – Punta Sardegna, and it is surrounded by a large terraced garden (over 2000 square metres) and a well-kept lawn decorated with flowers and Mediterranean plants and trees (olive trees, myrtle bushes, prickle pears). This property also provides a beautiful swimming-pool situated in very panoramic location and some lovely terraces allowing al-fresco dining and enjoying splendid views over the surrounding landscape. The villa is tastefully furnished with pieces of the local tradition.
The village of Porto Rafael is famous for a square right on the beach with views of Maddalena archipelago and has few shops and 3 bars/restaurants, while Palau, where you can find supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants is 5 minutes drive away.
Other things to note
From April 1 to November 1 every guest aged 14 to 69 years old has to pay EUR 3,5 tourist tax per night with a maximum of 14 nights stay. This has to be paid at the check-out
