O'Giardinos is a magnificent villa typical of Gallura, immersed in the colors and enchanting scents of the Mediterranean. Held out of sight, located in a garden of almost 13000 m2, it offers a panoramic view of the famous city of Olbia and the sumptuous island of Tavolara.
Handling local materials according to tradition, its assertive and varied architecture will delight people in search of Sardinian authenticity.
The villa, ideally located, is 11 km from Olbia airport, 5 km from the city center, 13 km from the Marina di Olbia and 16 km from the Emerald Coast (Costa Smeralda).
Its strategic position allows to quickly reach the many beaches of the north-east of Sardinia, the famous cities such as Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, San Teodoro as well as the various archaeological sites.
This charming villa of 360 m2, furnished with refinement, can accommodate 22 people. It consists of a pleasant living room, a living room, a kitchen and eight rooms in traditional Sardinian style with private shower rooms. Four bedrooms have a covered terrace with a sitting area. Located in the heart of nature, surrounded by wild olive trees, the villa has a pleasant private outdoor pool.
O'Giardinos is an establishment particularly suitable for groups and families in search of an intimate stay, while being close to the beaches and tourist places of the north-east of Sardinia.
The eight air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. A bunk bed completes one of the bedrooms. Two extra beds and two baby beds are available on request.
The en suite shower rooms consist of a sink, a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a hair dryer and bath towels (3 per person per stay).
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, cooking utensils, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, micro There is a kettle and a toaster. A washing machine, a table and an iron are available.
The outdoor areas consist of a covered terrace with furniture, a garden, a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas and private parking.

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! The yard is absolutely gorgeous and the house is either newly built or newly remodeled. Secluded with beautiful views of the Sardinian countryside but not far from central Olbia or Costa Smerelda. The highlight of this rental (other than the pool) was Ernesto, the host. He was so sweet and genuinely cared that we were having a wonderful time. He even helped people get dropped off and picked up at the airport—such amazing service. The pool and outdoor shower was worthy of a resort. We enjoyed many mornings on the upstairs patio. Each room had its own ensuite bathroom which was a godsend for our large group, and the house had a laundry, espresso machine, professional kitchen, and fridge with extra freezer. We had a magnificent time. Bonus tip: ask for dinner Recs when you arrive! Thank you so much for having us!

Semaine de rêve dans la Villa Vacanze Giardinos !
Maison superbe avec vue imprenable, toutes les comodités à l'intérieur et une SDB avec WC par chambre, un luxe très agréable et utile !
L'extérieur est parfait avec une grande terrasse (on peut manger dehors à 18 sans problème) et la grande piscine au milieu d'un jardin à la pelouse parfaite. Plusieurs endroits sont à disposition autour de la piscine pour profiter pleinement du cadre. Il y a toujours un petit vent qui permet de ne pas étouffer malgré les fortes chaleurs. Tranquilité et sérénité sont les maîtres mots, parfait pour les vacances !
Côté propriétaire, l'accueil d'Ernesto et sa famille est chaleureux, ils sont très serviables et ont beaucoup de contacts. Nous les avons utilisés et on a toujours été pleinement satisfaits ! La proximité de leur maison n'est pas gênante et l'intimité est garantie, ils ne sont pas du tout intrusifs mais toujours disponibles et très arrangeants. Le service a été parfait et même bien au-delà des attentes, le meilleur connu en 11 ans de locations estivales.
Les alentours sont magnifiques, il y a de très belles plages dans les environs, en comptant de 15min à 45min de route selon la plage choisie. Il y a aussi la magnifique île Maddalena accessible depuis Palau (50min de route depuis la villa) en Ferry (20min de traversée, ferry de 8h à 23h toutes les 30min dans les deux sens). Pour les restaurants, il y a le choix et n'hésitez pas à demander conseil à Ernesto. Tous les magasins de 1ère nécessité sont à proximité en voiture, l'aéroport d'Olbia également (15min).
Les vacances furent inoubliables, la location et le service parfaits, tout simplement. N'hésitez surtout pas à profiter de la Villa Vacanze Giardinos, les jeunes comme les moins jeunes !

Es ist ein sehr schönes und grosses Haus mit viel Umschwung. Die Lage ist super, 10 min. von der Stadt Olbia und zum Flughafen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte an nichts. Er war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir würden wieder kommen.
