The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Clermont-les-Fermes, this charming house of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice and bright living room of 60 m², open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 300 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 60 m² with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, a "Tassimo" machine.
- A 14 m² bedroom with a 180*200 bed or 2 twin beds 90*200, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe.
- A bathroom of 7.5 m ² with shower, double basin, radiator dry towel.
- An independent WC of 3m ² with window washes hand on piece of furniture
- A space with washing machine and dryer
On the floor:
2 Bedrooms:
- The 1st room of 14m ² includes a bed 180*200 or 2 twin beds of 90*200, two bedside tables, a closet with closet, a desk.
- The 2nd room of 17 m ² includes a bed 180*200 or 2 twin beds of 90*200 and of a bed gigognes (2*80*200), of 2 bedsides, of a cupboard with closet, of a chest of drawers.
- A bathroom of 6.5 m² with shower and bathtub, a double washbasin on piece of furniture, a towel dryer
- An independent WC of 1.8 m ² with wash-hand on piece of furniture
