The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach. It has been uniquely renovated with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel! It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. fully turfed private rooftop deck.
The Space:
The space has been tastefully curated with luxury in mind! From high-end linens, carefully selected and locally sourced coffee to top of the line shower products - we have the guest experience in mind.

*There is NO assigned parking for the unit, we do provide ONE Wrightsville Beach residential parking pass which allows you to park in many of the spaces around the island for free (restrictions will be on the back side of the pass).

The Sunsetter is in the heart of ‘downtown Wrightsville Beach’ but is tucked away from the major commotion. Get to any of Wrightsville Beach's favorite places in seconds or walk right across the street and go for a walk around the island via The Loop!

Getting Around:
1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in. Rules and regulations for parking will be on the back side of the pass.
Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily at the rate of $5.00 per hour.
Other Things to Note:
1. NO assigned parking- One WB parking pass provided.
2. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

We loved our stay at the Sunsetter. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the beach access. The porch was amazing. It had everything we needed for our visit.

GrandMOMmy here. 3 guest’s. My son was diving a shipwreck nearby. We travel up and down the coastlines by boat. This cute little place was adorable. Truly reminded me of being on the boat. Love the outdoor area! The view too! The nearby shops and restaurants. Love every single design detail about this gem. Only stayed 1 night.
Just know you’re right on the road (traffic and bar next door can be loud) and parking can be a challenge (traveling with my toddler grandson) Can’t park across the street… you will have to pay the town or a fine. Addressed some concerns to property manager about linen’s and bed sinking in center. (I have back issues) so sleep was a struggle. (Also had the toddler sleeping with me) Property manager confirmed all concerns and said changes would be made. We will certainly consider another stay soon. Next time will be more nights for sure!
