This home is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with an open-concept living area that seamlessly transitions to the outdoors. Expansive glass sliders allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
* **Living Area:** Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring comfortable seating, a 55" streaming-ready Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace perfect for intimate evenings with friends.
* **Kitchen & Dining:** The fully equipped, modern kitchen boasts all-new appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, and blender. A full coffee station with an espresso frother and elegant dishware makes it easy to prepare everything from your morning coffee to gourmet meals.
