Generally good, it could be updated with minor repairs. The living room did not have a smoke alarm. The PTAC units were old and the heat setting in the living room did not function. A small flame actually occurred when I attempted to get it to work. I unplugged the unit and we did not need it during the rest of our stay. I informed the maintenance person. Replacement was not accomplished during our stay. She offered us another unit but we elected to stay in this unit. The location was great and we walked everywhere.

It was decorated super cute and in a very quiet area. The location was great for walking everywhere, plus easy access to get on the bypass around downtown when we were driving.
A few things to note for future guests...
It's a large condo, but there is nowhere to unpack clothes for a long stay and little space in the closet.
We stayed 4 nights in August 2024. The A/C unit is in the Livingroom with a box fan to move air into the bedroom. Even with that and the ceiling fan, it was a bit warm.

Very easy check in as host provided EVERY detail! Unit was quiet and safe yet only a couple of blocks from downtown.
