When you book this exquisite home away from home, you are granted access to a series of fantastic community amenities, which include sparkling outdoor pools, a clubhouse, a yoga studio, a state-of-the-art fitness center, community lakes, a grilling area, bocce ball courts, and so, so much more. Additionally, are seven miles of walking trails, a U-Pick Garden, dog parks, and social spaces that all complement the incredible Miralon clubhouse with a full-service bar, demonstration kitchen, and WiFi café.

This mountain-view home offers an enclosed backyard that will be more protected from the wind than most places in that area. There is an outdoor pool with an exquisite spill-over pool spa for a refreshing and soothing time. Cool down in the sparkling waters of your private pool and then work on your tan on the several poolside chairs. Host warm-weather barbecues thanks to the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area available on the patio. And when the sun slowly sets into the distance, gather around the poolside gas firepit for some storytelling.

Inside, this lovely home away from home boasts a new, clean, and updated interior with plenty of natural light. Spread out comfortably in the living room and watch a thrilling series on the smart TV with streaming services while the chef of the group prepares delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen. The open kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space to work on, and a beautiful island that adds extra seating to the dining table. In order to make things easier during your stay, the home features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink.

The primary bedroom has traditional Palm Springs decor with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and share a full bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
