East Wing – Primary Suite
The private primary suite is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, clerestory windows, and direct access to the pool and spa. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features dual sink vanities, a private water closet, an oversized walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub.
West Wing – Guest Suite
The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and its own private en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate commode room.
Third Bedroom & Additional Amenities
The third bedroom is centrally located and includes a full-size bed, with a full hall bathroom conveniently just across the way. A full laundry area is located in the hallway leading to the garage for added convenience.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

We were dissatisfied with this house. The house was very stale and smelly when we got there. All 3 beds were hard and uncomfortable one was uneven like it had a dip in it. All of the room had dust and in one the headboard and the 2 pics above the headboard had a ton of dust on it also.In 2 of the bathroom showers had no screws holding the drain covers on so it would get kicked around and that was gross also dust again on base boards. There was a ton of hair and sparkles and debris around the pool area and a big rusty nail stuck in the ground between the cement pads that I almost kicked with my toe. I managed to get that out. The plastic glasses were kind of gross and I had to wash stuff before using it. The fan in one of the rooms had so much dust on it above the bed we didn’t wasn’t to turn it on. We have stayed in many vrbo homes and never did we have one like this… we felt like the place was very plain, one whole wall was empty and the tv was on the wall opposite the wall with the front door which has glass in them so it is hard to watch the tv without light blinding the tv. (The set up was very sad)I really hate to complain but I’m hoping this will make you think about how you can make it so much nicer. I don’t want anyone to experience this. we made the best of it but we were very disappointed and very unsatisfied. You have a really nice place so make it shine. It was like someone threw a bunch of mismatch stuff in the house and called it good.

Absolutely perfect! We have stayed in Palm Springs many times, and this home was off the charts! It looks exactly like the photos and was well-equipped. Loved the pool and hot tub - outdoor space was amazing! We'll be back!

The house was a great set up. Every detail was well thought out from the space to dishes to outlets. When we had any questions, the rental company was quick to assist.
