Fully walled and gated, this property offers privacy and comfort throughout. The backyard is designed for outdoor living, with mountain views, a new pool, integrated spa, and a tanning deck. Guests can enjoy a fire feature, gas BBQ, alfresco dining, and a covered lounge inspired by the TWA terminal, while poolside ping pong adds an extra element of fun.
Inside, the home features a remodeled, open-concept layout that honors mid-century design. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, creating a spacious gathering space filled with natural light. All bedrooms include hotel-quality linens, flat-screen TVs, and ample storage. The Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the guest rooms share a second bathroom.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive, the home is close to Palm Springs’ dining, shopping, and entertainment, with grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.

Host was informative and friendly.Home had some issues thou. Spa did not work properly and was never repaired during our stay.No hooks outside for towels. Cooking pans all are made of teflon. Windows were dirty all around. Huge puddle of water outside patio and no drains for it. Alarm clock in master went off at midnight for no reason. Ticking noise in rooms. Water very cloudy in all faucets. Master bath sink drains very slow. Pool was not very clean or vacuumed during our stay. Spa hot tub was not cleaned nor working when we arrived and during our stay. The water pressure is very weak in master shower aswell. Sorry to say but we do t recommend this home until it gets them areas worked on for future. Hope this helps
